Louise Ing
Louise K.Y. Ing is a partner in Dentons' Honolulu office. Her litigation and dispute resolution practice covers business, employment, real estate, intellectual property, construction, receivership, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy matters. She was one of the founding partners of Alston Hunt Floyd & Ing and before that, was a partner at Paul Johnson Alston & Hunt and an associate at Carslmith & Dwyer. She started her legal career as a law clerk to the late Judge Samuel P. King, who was then Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Hawai`i.
Louise is past president of the Hawai`i State Bar Association and Hawai`i State Bar Foundation and continues to serve on the Foundation’s board. She serves on the boards of University of Hawai`i Foundation and the Child & Family Service, among others, as well as Island Holdings, a Hawai`i-based holding company, which through its subsidiaries provides property and casualty insurance products and services and IT solutions.
Louise's awards and recognitions include: Best Lawyers in America’s® 2015 Hawai‘i Lawyer of the Year for both Bankruptcy Litigation and Bet-the-Company Litigation; Benchmark Litigation's Top 250 Women in Litigation; Best Lawyers in America® in the categories of Commercial Litigation, Bet–the-Company Litigation, Bankruptcy Litigation, Labor and Employment Litigation, and Real Estate Litigation; Chambers USA™; Martindale-Hubbell AV rating; Super Lawyers; the Patsy T. Craig Wagnild
Craig P Wagnild, is a partner and chair of the Transaction Law Department at Bays Lung Rose & Holma, where he concentrates his practice in real estate transactions, commercial leasing, real estate development, real estate finance, corporate and business law, and international business transactions. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Hawaii State Bar Association, the Japan-America Society of Hawaii, and the Washington State Bar Association. Mr. Wagnild served as the 2013 President of the Hawaii State Bar Association, and has served as chair of the Business and International Law Sections of the Bar. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Hawaii State Bar Foundation. Mr. Wagnild regularly writes and speaks on the topics of real estate and business law and has been recognized in Best Lawyers® for both Real Estate Law and Business Organizations (2014 Lawyer of the Year).
Karin Holma
Karin L. Holma is a partner at Bays Lung Rose & Holma where she has worked for over 25 years. She concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, including real estate and construction litigation. She is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association, currently serving as the Vice-President. Her legal awards and recognitions include being included in Best Lawyers in America® in the categories of Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, and Construction Litigation and in Super Lawyers® in the categories of Construction Litigation and Business Litigation. She served as the Managing Partner of Bays Lung Rose & Holma from January 2014 through January 2019. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Honolulu and serves on its Board of Directors. She is active in the Rotary Club of Honolulu’s literacy and other programs.
Kristin Holland
Kristin L. Holland is a partner in Dentons' Honolulu office. Kristin litigates commercial, real estate, civil rights, class action and intellectual property matters. She develops efficient and intelligent strategies to win cases and resolve disputes for private and public corporations, media companies, lenders, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and rights holders ranging from social media websites to film studios to clothing retailers.
Kristin graduated from UCLA School of Law, where she was on the Moot Court Board and an editor of the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy, and received her undergraduate degree in political science from UC, Berkeley.
She has been on the boards of the Association of Media and Entertainment Counsel, the Center for Law in the Public Interest, the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, the West Coast Executive Board of the Women’s Leadership and Mentoring Alliance and was National Chair of Katten’s Women’s Leadership Committee. She was a also a judicial extern for Hon. Alan M. Ahart, US Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.
Holland has also served as vice chair of the ABA Business Law Litigation's Intellectual Property Subsection, is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and has been a member of the Litigation Committee of the Media Law Resource Center. She has been recognized by Super Lawyers in California and Hawai`i. She is also a frequent speaker and contributor on litigation practice and intellectual property issues.
