Summary:
Be prepared when the State of Hawaii Judiciary introduces efiling in the Land and Tax Appeals Court on November 18, 2019. This presentation will be a continuation of the presentation at the 2019 HSBA Bar Convention about the new efiling system and requirements and where to find resources to make sure you are prepared when the efiling system is introduced this fall. The faculty will discuss information that they did not have time to fully cover during the original presentation at the Bar Convention. The information will include practical tips and points for efiling different types of petitions and insights into the impacts that the efiling system may have on your practice and discussion of new Land Court petition forms that are currently being beta tested for use by the public and practitioners.  The faculty will also answer questions that attendees may have regarding the efiling system.
